At Prestige we can make frequent (or less frequent) visits to help support your compliance. We currently serve several operators big and small to keep on top of all transport manager duties ensuring your compliance is following best practice.

Prestige Transport Compliance & Training Ltd can also recommend and support external transport managers if you need a professional transport manager nominated on your operator licence.*

While we fully support transport managers, all transport manager contracts are strictly between the transport manager and operator not Prestige Transport Compliance & Training Ltd. 

Instructing Prestige to assist you at a Public Inquiry will give you peace of mind that you are in good hands, our consultant David Cooper has many years of experience in supporting operators at a Public Inquiry.

David has a good reputation with the Traffic Commissioners and makes it his business to ensure this continues.

Supporting you before a public inquiry and on the day can make a significant difference to the outcome. David is often instructed by transport solicitors to assist in preparing you for the day of the Public inquiry

 On the day David will represent you as a professional witness to your operator licence.

Having achieved the DVSA Earned Recognition and FORS for operators we are very experienced in producing tailor made policies and procedures, often taken from our library of documents, allow us to build your policies and procedures that suit your business not just stock documents that do not reflect your systems. 

All documents have headers and footers to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

These can also be adapted to fit in driver handbooks.

Are you confident all drivers are reporting defects they find when conducting their daily walk around checks, or worse are they just ticking a box. Years of experience when auditing operators have proven that drivers don’t always report defects until it suits them. 

If you finding defects reported on your safety inspection sheets or recently had a prohibition for a vehicle defect its time to allow one of our IRTEC technicians to conduct vehicle exit checks to see just how roadworthy your vehicles are on the road.
